My main responsibility is traffic monitoring to identify attacks, malicious traffic, and infections, distinguishing between true and false positives.
The technologies I use daily include: SIEM (QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel, RSA, ArcSight), SOAR (Resilient), IPS (Cisco Firepower, Tipping Point), IDS, Firewalls (Palo Alto), WAF (Imperva), and EDR (Microsoft Defender 365, FireEye, Sophos, SentinelOne).
In addition to monitoring, I handle the updating of IDS/IPS systems, analyze phishing or spam emails and clone websites, and prepare periodic reports. I ensure the security of IT systems and manage security incidents.
